Delivery costs
Delivery is made to the invoice recipient or to a delivery address chosen by him. In principle, the ordered goods are delivered on our behalf by SwissPost or, for wholesale customers within Cham and the city of Zug, by our own delivery service according to the following cost regulations:

We use Swiss Post for shipping, with the following rates:

• For orders up to 1.9 kg: Postpac Economy CHF8.50

• For orders from 2 kg to 9.9kg: Postpac Economy CHF11.50

• Orders of 10 kg or more are free of charge

Shipping always takes place on Saturdays.
We deliver either to the billing address or to a specified delivery address."

Any express costs are at the customer's expense.

The goods are dispatched every Saturday.
We would like to point out that you must place your order by Thursday at the latest in order to be able to send you the goods on the Saturday of the respective week.
