The condition of the goods received must be checked immediately upon receipt; after five working days, the delivery is deemed to have been approved. No compensation will be paid for damage caused by improper storage by the recipient.

The goods are dispatched every Saturday.

Shipping is possible to the invoice recipient or to a specified delivery address.

As a rule, the ordered goods are delivered by Swiss Post according to the following cost regulations:

• Orders up to 1.9 kg: Postpac Economy CHF8.50
• Orders from 2 kg to 9.9 kg: Postpac Economy CHF11.50
• Orders of 10 kg or more are free of charge

We would like to point out that you must place your order by Thursday at the latest in order to be able to send you the goods on the Saturday of the respective week.
